flexibility and especially of the legs, one area that causes problems for a lot
of people is the box splits and side splits. Without a partner it can be hard
work so having this Martial Arts Leg Stretcher means you can practice more
regularly and with more vigour.

Made from metal with a three bar set up, you hold the middle bar you’re your
ankles in the others. Simply pull the bar towards you and watch your legs split.
The middle bar has adjustable holes so as you get more flexible over time you
can pull your legs wider and wider.

One at home means you can practice at the frequency necessary to achieve splits,
without a partner it means you can do it without using pure bodyweight and
straining the knee joints.
