A Tenugui is a thin Japanese hand towel made from cotton, that is often used as a headband, souvenir or decoration. Best known as a head covering for Kendo practitioners, the Tenugui is used as a sweatband and provides additional padding and comfort underneath head guards. Available in black, blue, red and white, the Tenugui features a cherry blossom pattern. Cherry blossom is the national flower of Japan and, are also symbolic of the spring - 'a time of renewal'. 100% cotton. Dimensions: 98cm long x 34cm wide.
